How do I book?

Send me a request through the contact page. I will be in touch to discuss dates and make sure that I’m the right fit for you. After our chat and we pick a date, I will send through the contract and information to prepare for our session. I require a $150 deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.

What will our session look like?

Now the exciting part begins! Prior to your session I will send you confirmation on your location. Sometimes the beginning part of having photos can feel awkward (I get it, been there, felt it too!) so I will start off with some casually posed group shots and let everyone get use to me moving around and having a camera aimed at them. We get these more traditional shots out of the way in the beginning. Tick the box of a nice photo you can give to Grandma (though I’m betting you will have a hard time picking just one!). As everyone starts to relax and realise this photo shoot deal is pretty good, we will have more candid shots. In the questionnaire you can let me know if there are any “must haves” and I will do my absolute best to capture these, but I also let the flow and how the kids are feeling lead the way. I’m not going to be asking the kids to “say cheese and smile”, we’re after the authentic connection of your family. I promise you’ll love the unposed lifestyle photos, the cheeky grin when your kiddo finds the hidden spot in the trees and starts climbing, or the look you share with your partner when the kids start playing tag. We will move to a few areas within the location, play some games, and have some snuggles.

What’s the timeline for getting my photos?

I know the feeling, you want to see the good stuff ASAP, and I’m the same! So after we’ve created the magic and you and the family are off to have dinner out or home to change into pajamas and snuggle, I start the behind the scenes fun.

I will have a sneak peak within 48 hours, usually on Instagram so be sure to check my stories. Within 2-3 weeks I will have carefully edited each image and uploaded them to your private online gallery. You will receive an invitation to access your photos and be able to download both high res and web sized files.

What should we wear?

After you book your session, I will send you some tips and suggestions. But, at the heart of great styling for your session is YOU. Wear something that makes you feel amazing and shows your personality. Same goes for the rest of the family. We are aiming for coordinating not matching. Texture and movement in fabrics is always a winner. A few things to avoid: neon colours and large logos.

Can I upgrade my images?

Absolutely! If you purchased the Memory Keeper of 20 images, but then can’t pick from all your favourites - you can purchase the full collection for an additional $200.

What if I have problems downloading my photos?

No worries, just get in touch and I can send through an alternate way to download. The online gallery I use is very easy to navigate and allows you to choose and then instantly download both high resolution and web sized files. However, I know sometimes technology can be finicky. Just know I’m here to make sure you get those images so you can love them as much as I do!
